Extract from the West Sussex Gazette ( Wednesday 21st November '07) on my Exhibition held on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th November '07: "The display covered a wide range and showed great versatility, encompassing sporting events, including point to point racing and polo, photos of Horsham and of Partridge Green Firemen."
"She puts a different perspective on country life, architecture, animals, sporting events, capturing images in a refreshingly different style" The Jo Quail 5k Fun Run, in aid of Road Peace and Road Safety Awareness is to be held on Saturday 30th August'08, Horsham Park, Horsham, West Sussex at 12pm. Entry is £10.00 per entrant. This run is being organized by Pippa Quail whose sister, Jo died in a road traffic accident while travelling in Australia. Jo was a local girl who lived in Horsham .Pippa is holding this event to remember her sister and to raise money for Road Peace, but it is also open to those who wish to run in remembrance of someone they have lost in a similar way. Abat'jour is supporting this event by taking photos on the day and also by trying to help raise donations for this cause, as one of my friends died in a road traffic accident.
